After completing an MBA, ERMS continues to guide students at the next critical stage of their career.Once a student secures a job, ERMS supports them with career retooling and upskilling, enabling them to grow at the managerial level over 3–5 years of corporate experience. During this phase, ERMS prepares working professionals to reappear for CAT or GMAT while continuing their job, with a focused strategy designed for Executive MBA programs.

ERMS provides end-to-end guidance to help candidates secure admission into top institutes, including IIMs and other premier B-schools, for Executive MBA programs.After completing an Executive MBA, professionals can fast-track their career growth, moving from managerial roles to senior management positions.

Career Progression to DELEGADO

DELEGADO

The eight-year Management Consulting Program is a 4-step initiative that creates a path to becoming a CEO for the 12+3 graduates, engineers, pharmacy graduates, and those who cannot make it to the Top 25 Indian B-schools.

Step 1:

Talent Bridge UGC-AICTE approved the EXITO program in the state-of-the-art infrastructures in Mumbai and Pune with a training-development and placement-centric focus. In this Talent Bridge, MBA students have an option to opt for certain domains too to ensure 100% management-grade employment. In addition, certain hardworking/high-performance students will have opportunities even in the 6-9 lacs per annum bracket because of the genesis and connection with ERMS.

Step 2:

The ERMS and the top 25 Indian B-school pass-outs need annual retooling. This annual retooling is an exercise of 24 hours every year—or rather, year after year for a minimum of one to a maximum of 3 years on convenient weekends.

And it is predominantly targeted to additional support for every ERMS to improve their performance in their designated jobs and orient them about other opportunities, assist in profile building towards Advance Management Programs (Step 3), build multilingual abilities, build social responsibility professionals, help students to move sectors, and assist in remuneration—savings management aspects of a truly professional manager.

Step 3:

This is high-end consulting for a select few MBA students who have religiously been a part of step 2 of Delegado and have ensured that they have built the right profiles to study in the Ivy League management programs of the world. ERMS understands and proudly boasts of its assessment of the profiles of potential Ivy League admits more than anyone else in the world. The rich experience in the MBA space is backed by the fact that many admits in the Ivy League programs, including Harvard and LBS, were supported by ERMS professionals in either an individual capacity or as professionals in their previous assignments. In this step of Delegado, all eligible MBA students will be guided and provided complete consulting solutions to upgrade further. The current ERMS charges for this step 3 for MBA students are in the bracket of 50000-100000 INR. All fees applicable for the AMP will be paid for by the MBA candidates themselves—however, ERMS will plan and support all candidates in the management of the financial requirements for the program.

Step 4:

This is the ultimate step in climbing the CEO path wherein every MBA who is an AMP pass-out will be given a relevant AMTA as a mentor under the strict monitoring of ERMS. This step is more about coaching AMP—MBA pass-outs that are applicable only at the highest level in the corporate world.
